Since most office related jobs require working well with others, a considerable amount of emphasis is also placed on the need for poise, good grooming and the ability to get along with other members of the office team.
Broad Units of Study include Keyboarding, Computer Essentials, Office Procedures, Office Applications, Financial Functions, Accounting, Payroll, Business Communications, Customer Service, Medical Terminology, Medical Ethics/Office Procedures, Intro to Medical Insurance, Intro to Medical Coding and Electronic Health Records.
This full-time program meets Monday-Friday from 7:45 a.m. to 2:15 p.m.

Job Duties
Provide high-level administrative support by conducting research, preparing statistical reports, and handling information requests, as well as performing routine administrative functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings. May also train and supervise lower-level clerical staff.
