Machine Tool Technology student, T.J. Edwards, decided to challenge himself with a milling project which utilized several machining operations and skills that he acquired here at TCAT-S. Mr. Edwards discovered a set of blueprints online which he downsized and converted from metric to standard dimensions. This puzzle is made from three different materials being aluminum, copper, and brass. The entire puzzle was created on a Bridgeport Milling machine. Mr. Edwards is currently on his third trimester, and is eager to get started on CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machining.
