Dual enrollment students from Lincoln County High School get a head start in Industrial Maintenance by taking the C.P.T. (Certified Production Technician) class. It has 5 training modules required to achieve the full C.P.T. Certification. An individual may receive a certificate for each module, or a complete certified C.P.T. certificate for all modules. It focuses on the core competency standards identified by industry.
The competencies are:
1. Safety.
2. Quality Practices & Measurements.
3. Manufacturing Process & Production.
4. Maintenance Awareness.
5. Green Production.
The Lincoln County students completed the Safety module.
