Congratulations to CAD students Allison Snider & Brandon Bradshaw for earning the Tooling-U Society of Manufacturing Engineers (SME) Certified Additive Manufacturing – Fundamentals Certificate (CAM-F) while competing at Skills USA national competition in Louisville. This certificate is ideal for individuals working in or seeking to work in additive manufacturing roles in automotive, aerospace, and medical equipment. Beginning in the fall of 2019 the CAD Program will begin using Tooling -U SME curriculum as part of the mechanical drafting course giving students the opportunity to earn a Certified Additive Manufacturing – Fundamentals Certificate from SME.
